  • Precision Moulding.  High-volume production across a 55t to 1100t machine range, including 2K twin-shot moulding.  Immediate internal handover; raw parts are never exposed to external shipping environments.

  • Advanced Finishing.  Automated robotic paint plants (2K and soft-touch) and automated electroplating lines running concurrently.  Highly efficient, high-volume finishing with continuous quality checks.

  • Sub-Assembly & Delivery  Final component assembly, post-moulding modifications (laser etching/printing) and direct-to-line shipping.  Parts arrive at your facility fully finished, verified, and ready for immediate deployment on the production line.
